Shipping Details

Please allow 24-48 business hours for order processing. If your order does not show up on our tracking page, please give it more time.

Business days are Monday - Friday and we ship out every business day.

 

SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

 

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

StediWare is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

We are not liable if the package is lost or stolen after the item has been marked as delivered.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at the time of purchase.
  • We are not responsible for orders that are lost, misplaced, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • The original shipping fee is not refundable if the package is returned back


Need to cancel your order? We understand!

Here's what you need to know about cancelling an order with Luhxe:

  • Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Unfortunately, we won't be able to cancel orders after 6 hours as they may already be in the processing stage.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can track your order on our tracking page here.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

HOW WILL MY PACKAGES ARRIVE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.
